Our second collaboration with Galway Bay Brewery. Border Hopper is an IPA with Citra and Dr. Rudi hops throughout. Sticky, pithy and boisterous. This version was released for ABV 2015(http://www.abvfest.com). The rest is maturing in a Louis Jadot Chardonnay Barrel with the help of an artist formerly known as. Stay tuned!

Our second collaboration with Galway Bay Brewery. Border Hopper was an IPA with Citra and Dr. Rudi hops throughout. It was sticky, pithy and boisterous. Then we laid it to rest for 11 months in a Louis Jadot Chardonnay Barrel with the help of an artist formerly known as. This artist has transformed this former IPA into a Brett-ish monster.
Talkin' to my altar, say life is what you make it. As with life, beer should know no limits. This beer is lively, sharp, sour, raspberry. If it was a fruit salad it would be a fruit pastille salad. A delectable delight, a mariage parfait of fruit and beer. Created by Shane, our friend in sour beer, we brewed this in November and stored it in Chardonnay oak, and now we're releasing it unto the world. The title comes from our muse on the day... "Chloe does the tables in the French quarter". *This beer also won Sourfest 2015.

A Hoppy Saison collab with Rascals Brewing. A gentle Saison base hopped up the YingYang with Vic Secret and Citra. Keg only.
We brewed a West Coast/New England Hybrid with Heaney Farmhouse brewing to be released on our 2nd Anniversary. NE grain bill, West Coast bittering and yeast, and 50/50 split on the dry hop method.

This collab with Yellowbelly sees us take our core IPA, tone it down to make it 5.5% instead of 7% and make it black*. This beer was brewed on Back to the Future Day.
A Raspberry Vanilla Ice Cream IPA brewed with our friends from the Ulster Exiles.
'Tis the Saison
'Tis the Saison is our first ever Saison. A collaboration with Shortcross Gin, we used some of their botanicals, including elderflower, elderberry and Orange Zest. Out of style, this Saison was carbonated gently to highlight the soft and delicate flavours from the botanicals used. Enjoy!
